Age and size are only numbers. It’s the attitude you bring to clothes that make the difference. I like the body. I like to design everything to do with the body. Over the years I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it. It pains me physically to see a woman victimized, rendered pathetic, by fashion. I believe in comfort. If you don’t feel comfortable in your clothes, it’s hard to think of anything else.

Delete the negative; accentuate the positive! I love the 2000s because everyone started to love haute couture. It’s sometimes said that I’m rebellious and I do things to push people’s buttons, but I just like the challenge. If I had the power, I would ban leggings. I like the things around me to be beautiful and slightly dreamy, with a feeling of worldliness.
